Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by ADCHEM Carpet Cleaners (“Company”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Service Agreement: 1.1 The Company agrees to provide carpet and floor cleaning services to the best of its abilities, utilizing professional expertise and industry-standard equipment. 1.2 The Client agrees to provide accurate and detailed information about the cleaning requirements, including any specific instructions or potential issues that may impact the cleaning process. 1.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if any unsafe or hazardous conditions are present at the cleaning location.
  2. Pricing and Payment: 2.1 The pricing for our services will be communicated to the Client in advance and is subject to change at the Company’s discretion. All prices are quoted in the local currency. 2.2 The Client agrees to make payment in full for the services provided by the Company within the agreed-upon time frame. 2.3 In the event of additional services or unexpected circumstances arising during the cleaning process, the Client will be informed of any additional costs before the services are rendered.
  3. Liability and Insurance: 3.1 The Company will take reasonable care while performing the cleaning services, but will not be liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or improper maintenance of carpets or floors. 3.2 The Client agrees to remove any valuable or delicate items from the cleaning area before the Company’s arrival. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to such items. 3.3 The Company maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage, and any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service.
  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 4.1 The Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 4.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
  5. Confidentiality: 5.1 The Company agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties, except as required by law.
  6. Governing Law: 6.1 This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
